8.License Grant :

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and the rules and policies of the Store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. The Company may terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you breach any of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
